The aim is to suggest and implement strategies to maintain a happier and healthier workforce through both qualitative and quantitative analysis. Proven approaches will be utilized for better staff retention and maintenance of employee mental health. Services offered include:  Program/ Policy Evaluation & Development, Employee Retention/Satisfaction, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) packages and/or Workplace Counselling for workers of diverse backgrounds.
