About Tamarah

Having navigated the pressures of motherhood, career demands, my own mental health challenges, and moving to a new country (twice!), I know how important it is to have support. My own healing journey through therapy showed me how transformative it can be—and inspired me to help others.

I work with adults who want to reconnect with themselves, build self-trust, and create lives aligned with their values, identities, and aspirations. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, postpartum challenges, perfectionism, cultural identity concerns, and the lasting impact of trauma. I strive to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your story with curiosity and compassion.
My approach is relational, compassionate, and collaborative. Drawing on psychodynamic and attachment-based therapy, I help clients explore the deeper patterns shaping their experiences. I also integrate practical tools—such as mindfulness, CBT strategies, grounding techniques, dream work, and creative exercises—to meet each person where they are.

I think of therapy as the art of Kintsugi—the Japanese practice of repairing broken pottery with gold. Just as cracks can be transformed into something stronger and more beautiful, our struggles and vulnerabilities can become a source of strength.
