About Yoshima
My journey into psychotherapy began with a deep interest in understanding human behaviour and supporting individuals through emotional and relational challenges. Through my work in mental health, autism services, parenting programs, and culturally diverse settings, I have developed a compassionate and practical approach to therapy that is tailored to each client’s unique experiences and goals.
I work with individuals and couples who are seeking greater clarity, emotional balance, and healthier relationships.
My approach is collaborative, warm, and goal-oriented. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques. For couples, I help partners strengthen communication, deepen emotional connection, and work through recurring patterns of conflict.
I believe therapy is a space where you can feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. Together, we will build insight, develop practical tools, and create meaningful change that supports your emotional well-being and relationships.
