I offer counseling to individuals aged 10 and above, as well as couples grappling with anxiety, depression, attachment, and self-esteem issues. My passion for psychology was ignited by my own struggles and the challenges I overcame. 

I utilize modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. My objective is to empower my clients to maximize their potential and overcome the challenges they currently face.
