About Danielle
I believe the relationship you have with yourself sets the tone for every other relationship in your life. In a world that constantly asks us to perform, survive, and pour into others, it’s easy to lose sight of who we are and what we need. Sometimes we need a space where we can slow down, be honest, and feel supported without judgment. That’s what I aim to create for my clients.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked across the non-profit, education, government, and mental health sectors, gaining experience in counselling, child welfare, mediation, case management, workshops, and community-based support. These experiences have shaped my understanding of how trauma, relationships, identity, culture, and life transitions can impact mental health and overall wellbeing.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and solutions-focused. I draw from CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and anti-oppressive practice to support clients in building healthier relationships, increasing self-awareness, and moving through life with more confidence and intention.
In addition to psychotherapy, I’ve hosted self-development and mental health events across the GTA and previously built an online platform focused on relationships, healing, and personal growth. I’m passionate about helping people feel more connected to themselves, their voice, and the life they want to create.
