About Sandra
My hope is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, a place where you can talk openly, feel supported, and begin making sense of what you’ve been carrying.
I support youth and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, or the lasting effects of difficult life experiences.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in authenticity. I believe healing happens when people feel truly seen and supported, so I aim to meet each client with empathy, curiosity, and without judgment. I also believe therapy should feel practical and empowering, helping you not only process your experiences but also develop tools and insights that support your everyday life and relationships.
I work from a trauma-informed perspective and draw from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to tailor therapy to your individual needs and goals. Whether you’re looking to heal from the past, improve your relationships, or reconnect with yourself, therapy can be a space to grow, reflect, and move toward the life you want for yourself.
Wherever you are in your journey, we can take things at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
